8m: 10 things about The London Aquarium

Had an amazing time today at Sea life London Aquarium. Perfect for kids of any age, even an 8 month old:
– book online to avoid the queues
– you can do the whole thing calmly in about 2 hours
– petting area: we / I petted a starfish. Who knew they were rough?! They always looked so soft to me
– brilliant cubby holes for the mobile toddlers and up to poke their heads in to get a real experience of being close to the fish
– lots of different varieties and lots of very interesting fish to keep the babies and kids entertained
– big enough to feel you’ve got your money’s worth, not so small it’s claustrophobic
– the main attraction is a massive tank of sharks and rays, beautiful
– also enjoyed seeing the rays and some fish in an open, shallow pool, very close up
– we wondered round looking at everything, feeding AJ as we went. – I had a sling and a buggy, it’s worth noting it’s SUPER buggy friendly.
